WOD 2 February (AM)

Strength: sumo deadlift 5-5-5-3-3-3

Strength: weighted pull up with hang 1-1-1-1-1 (30 second hang following immediately afterwards)

Finisher: in teams of 2 both row 750m in turns, then 500m, then 250m.
