Strength:

Overhead squat.

Snatch grip push press + snatch balance + OHS (2+2+2).

WOD:

For time.

100x double-under buy-in.

Then 5 rounds of:

10x heavy KB swing.

10x alternating pistols.

100x double-under cash-out.
