Jerk.

Push jerk + split jerk (5 sets 2+2).

WOD:

Partner workout.

For reps and time.

4 mins ME DB burpees (one person works at a time).

1 min rest.

4 mins ME weighted box step-ups (change every 5 reps).

1 min rest.

200om relay (200m x10).
