WOD:

Bear complex.

5 sets.

1 set = 7 unbroken* repetitions of:

1x power clean.

1x front squat (not a squat clean).

1x push press (not a thruster).

1x back squat.

1x push press (not a thruster).

*without letting go of the bar, without letting the bar rest on the floor.
