Pistols & double-unders.

Strength (1):

Back squat.

3×5.

Moderate weight.

Strength (2):

Deadlift.

Work up to heavy 5.

WOD:

Part A.

“Jones Crawl.”

3 rounds for time.

10x deadlifts (115% bodyweight).

25x box jumps (24″/20″).

1 minute rest into Part B)

AMRAP 4.

10x second hollow hold.

10x hollow rocks.

10x v-ups.
