Alex Douglas
Alex is a Crossfit Level 1 certified trainer. He has been CrossFitting since 2010 when, after years of training in commercial gyms, Alex tried Crossfit and decided immediately “this is how I want to train!”
Alex comes from a sporting background, having competed regularly at cricket, rugby and more recently road running.
An IT Project Manager by day, Alex took his passion for Crossfit to the next level earlier this year and has been involved with coaching at Beginners, Foundations and main WOD classes as well as the Crossfit London i-course.
Alex is a Sagitarius, and in his spare time enjoys travelling, film, disco dancing & long walks on the beach. His favourite lift is the power clean.

Hi Alex,
I’m signed up to your tomorrow AM session.
I thought I’d check what kind of exercises we are going to be doing because I’ve hurt my back (slightly) after doing some foolish cliff diving on holiday.
Most exercises I’m fine with but maybe heavy clean/jerk/snatch/deads I might struggle with!
Can you let me know if you get this?
