Philip Rolling
Philip Rolling has been training martial arts and physical fitness since 2002. After years of being dissatisfied with more “traditional” training methods and experimenting on his own he was officially introduced to Crossfit in 2009.
He hasn’t looked back since.
Once he picked himself off the floor and could form coherent sentences again, he joined his nearest affiliate and worked his way through a Crossfit Level 1, YMCA personal Trainer, CanFitPro Personal Training Specialist and Agatsu Kettlebell certifications.
He enjoys lifting things heavier then he is and learning about esoteric topics in nutrition to increase overall performance.
