Sally is a CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Kettlebell certified trainer. She first found CrossFit at the beginning of 2009, and kicks herself for not finding it sooner!
Sally has been in the health fitness and leisure industry nearly 10 years, with roles varying from lifeguard to ball girl.
Sally has always loved the gym and coaching, finally deciding to make it official more than 8 years ago by completing her personal trainer qualification. Her fitness path lead to further qualifications that have included power plates, pre- and post-natal, CrossFit and most recently Olympic weightlifting.
At the beginning of 2011 Sally discovered she was pregnant and continued to train through this time. During which she created a blog that would document her journey, her discoveries, challenges and general experiences of maintaining her health and fitness through her pregnancy, childbirth and into her son’s early years.
She now continues this journey as she strives to educate on the benefits of healthy active pregnancies for both mother and baby.
