Tom Henry
My name is Tom Henry, I’m a Crossfit London coach and Personal Trainer.
I was in the Royal Marines for 4 1/2 years as an Heavy Weapons Specialist with a background in regional athletics and keen interest in cross country running and rugby.
I’m now a Crossfit Athlete, Crossfit Level 1 coach and Crossfit Endurance Trainer as well as experience in kettlebells and Olympic Lifting.
My interests are socializing, cycling, skiing, climbing and above all Crossfit!
