Summer is over time to gear up for Christmas and all those office parties and turkey buffets.

This class is designed to help you reach and maintain target weight loss. If your the type of member who groans when you see running is on the board or cancel a class if it includes too many double unders or heaven forbid rowing then you need to get a dosh of metcon amazingness from somewhere.
Each class will be an hour long. 40 Minutes of wod action with a healthy measure of stretching time and mobility.
I am open to suggestions for fave moves for the first session starting on 9th September, but that doesn’t mean there wont be bits that will make you have a little cry in the toilets.
