Many of us have pretty poor rowing technique. Common mistakes include incorrect set-up, shortening the stroke by failing to fully extend the knees and incorrect coordination of the leg-arm movements.
If this sounds familiar, help is at hand! CrossFit London coach, Alex Douglas, an expert rower, is joining us for our Skills Class at Bethnal Green, E2 this Saturday 8 March. The class will be split into groups of three, each of which will spend around 20 minutes with Alex, working on the fundamentals of rowing. The remainder of the class will be spent working with Rachel and me on more regular skills.
