At CrossFit London’s Olympic Weightlifting Club, you get to follow our dedicated Olympic weightlifting programming. Whether you are a CrossFitter, an Olympic weightlifter, an athlete looking to dominate the competition, or just looking for a great new sport – this is the club for you.
Effective programming and supportive coaching.Sign up anytime as long as you have been taught the lifts (snatch, and clean and jerk). If you don’t know the basics of the lifts, book into CrossFit London’s beginners L1.1, 188.8.131.52 and 1.7 (most weekends at CrossFit London/CrossFit SE11) and you will be good to go!
