Parkour is a typical urban discipline that allow you to move from a point A to a point B, and go beyond every kind of obstacle in the most efficient way possible. Parkour is also defined as the Art of Motion, and a branch of it is called Free Running.
The Art of Motion allows you to express yourself, to discover and improve new skills, to be creative and to enjoy your body through movement.
Free Running is about the freedom of movement to create an aesthetically pleasing journey that involves acrobatic and other tricks.
At CrossFit London you’ll learn about both.
You will learn how to jump, land, swing, control your body in the air, flip and much more in a safe place with all the necessary equipment.
Parkour Level 1 is open to all adults. Here you will gradually learn basic techniques such as landings, vaulting jumps, precision jumps and freestyle movement on the obstacles.
