Strongman Levels


StrongMan Level 1

A one hour beginner course, aimed at those who have completed the CrossFit Level 1 beginners course (seven lessons) we need you to be able to squat, deadlift, kettlebell swing, clean and snatch before you begin to tackle Strongman skills

StrongMan Level 2

A general Strongman class. Lots of group working, often circuits, with coaching support. Promotion from Level 1 by coach only

StrongMan Level 3

A rough-and-tumble Strongman class pushing the loads and effort you use. Heavy loads, motivational atmosphere. You are here because you love strength and pushing yourself.
