Just a small point, when the gym is open to our members, its effectively closed to the public.

We have not built the time in to do "sales tours" or hang out and chat. We pretty much get to the venue, set up the equipment and start teaching, so if you decide to pop down for a look, a chat, and some bonding you will probably be disappointed.

On one level this is a shame because we are all very good at what we do, amusing and very, very, nice (genuinely), although that won't come out if you just turn up unannounced and interrupt a PT session or class.

So read the stuff on this site, join one of the beginners sessions, or if you have lots of questions to ask, book up for a PT session.

If you are not sure Crossfit is for you, I totally understand. Keep on popping back to the site and turn it over in your mind. From being told about the website by one of my coaches, it took me over 3 months to decide to begin.

But if this type of training is for you, you will be back, and you will love it

If not have a fantastic life anyway.
