About visiting CrossFit London

We gladly welcome travelling CrossFitters from all around the world! We are possibly the friendliest box in the world, but we are strictly by appointment only. If you turn up without being booked in, or without  having bought a t-shirt in advance, our trainers will not be able to assist you (sorry…)

Getting started

The simplest thing is to point you towards our ‘Getting Started’page. It explains how to access our online booking/payment system, and what to bring along to your first session at our gym. Our ‘policy’ – as we have said – is that all athletes must book in (and pay for) for their session(s) ahead of time.

Unlike some other CrossFit gyms we do not accept t-shirt swaps for a class fee. While we are shameless capitalists we have yet to work out how to pay our debtors and creditors in cloth. We cannot sell t-shirts for cash, so make sure you have bought yours in advance before visitting (see below for details)

We are pretty easy to get to regardless of where you find yourself based during your stay in London. The London Underground Central Line runs east-west across the whole of London and has stations in west London (Notting Hill Gate), the West End (Oxford Circus), Central London (Holburn) and the City (Liverpool Street).

Following your own programming

Unfortunately, the way that we are currently set up does not support people coming to the gym and training on their own. In between a busy Personal Training schedule and our Classes, there is very limited scope for the gym to be used by individuals training alone. Our primary concerns are for the safety of the individual, but we also need to consider the security of the building.

Buying a CrossFit London t-shirt

If you are looking to pick up a CrossFit London t-shirt during your visit you will need to pay for this online ahead of time. We are unable to handle cash in the gym. Simply click on the ‘Online Store’ section of our booking system and select the size and colour you are after. Then bring your receipt in to the gym on your next visit and the coach will hand over your goods.
