Crossfit London UK is in the heart of the Capital, in a central location, 4 minutes tube ride from Liverpool street station.
We operate out of a dedicated facility in Bethnal Green, in heart of London’s colourful and historic East End.
The full address is:
The Blackboard GymArch 9
Gales Gardens
Bethnal Green
London
E2 0EJ.
Directions from Bethnal Green tube: at the top of the escalators walk straight ahead and take the furthest exit on the right, marked Bethnal Green Road. Walk past the Salmon & Ball pub onto Bethnal Green Road and go under the railway bridge. Gale’s Gardens is first on your left.
Its a series of Railway arches, and the first thing you may come across is a lovely array of second hand furniture sold by our neighbours in Unit 12.
In the winter Gale’s Gardens looks dark, but once you walk into it, a security light switches on when you clear the building on the right hand side; it becomes very light, but its a bit of a shock when it first happens.
The gym is the base for regular classes, personal training, and specialist seminars including the World Famous* CrossFit London iCourse.
Feel free to click on the red and green map markers (below) for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTE: due to security, insurance, space, safety and security issues we do not allow casual observers or spectators to hang out in the facility. If you want to see what the facility is like or how nice the trainers are, you will have to take a deep breath and book onto a class, course, PT session or Absolute Beginners session. *Actually world famous.

I’m in California and I know about the i-Course. I think that classifies it as World Famous.
Woo hoo!
I was in Ireland and Scotland over the last few months. They had heard of it too.
Hey are you guys up and running? I would love to visit when I am in London next week. Thanks!
Hi Mark – we are nearly there. We have an Oly Lifting masterclass running this weekend, but the box will still be a bit of a construction site. Andrew and I are targeting the 12th of October as the beginning of public classes.
That said, drop us a line when you are around, and we may be able to sneak you in for a cheeky WOD. No promises, though!
Steven
Will you be publishing times of classes soon?
Yes. Expect them within the next 24 hours.
Is there parking available?
Are you in the Congestion Charge zone?
Hi Kieran. There is very limited parking available down the alley in which the Arch is located, but more dotted around the local area. It is easy to get to the place via the Tube (Central Line) to be honest.
We are not in the Congestion Charging Zone.
