With the holiday season is fully behind us, now is as a good a time as any to kick off our 30 day paleo nutrition challenge without the added distraction of cakes and sweeties.

Hold on…paleo nutrition?

Put simply the challenge will be 30 days eating only the food stuffs that were available to pre-agricultural revolution man (and woman). This essentially means that your diet should consist of:

Meat and fish
Vegetables
Some fruit
Nuts and seeds
