CrossFit London workouts
Quick post, I’m letting the photos tell the story. Workout for today was: Shoulder warm-up Push press 3-3-3-3-3 And the metabolic conditioning was… 3 rounds for time: 15 muscle ups (scaled to jumping muscle ups and band assisted in many cases), 8 Turkish get-ups and 400m run (or row for an injured Helen).
