After training  for 4 years professional as a dancer she realised that  body and mind was used to working in specific ways and concluded that being a  dancer wasn’t enough  to be fit.

She decided to retrain as an aerialist: swinging from a trapeze, sliding down silks, hanging upside down from a rope. “Hanging upside down on a rope had become pretty normal (and fun) for me and hopefully a few more of you Crossfitters will join me!

Using the rope we can condition, climb, improve co-ordination and flexibility”.
