Absolute Beginners

At every Crossfit London Class you attend, you will learn something different; whether it’s a strength or gymnastic move, the Olympic lifts, or enhanced running technique.

However most classes assume you have a handle on the basic “on your feet” Crossfit moves.

These fundamental moves can be grouped into three areas:

  • The squat ( including the air squat, the overhead squat, and the front squat)
  • The deadlift (including the sumo deadlift high pull and the Romanian deadlift)
  • The press(es) The overhead press, the push press, the push jerk.

Whilst there are some 30 other skills you need to master, these are the ones that you will need to get started training.

We run two regular Absolute Beginner sessions at Crossfit London every week. Here we will teach you all the drills you need to master these basic moves, and get you prepared to join our regular classes.

Wednesday at 5.30pm And Sunday at 11am

We do appreciate that the 5.30pm slot may be  a bit tricky for some of you to  get to, but it wont be forever. However, if you do want to do sessions at specific times, and would prefer to work, initially on a 121 basis with a Crossfit Trainer, you can book 3 Personal training sessions  for £90 to help you prepare for our classes
