Wouldn’t you love to have a bigger arsenal of cool gymnastic moves? Who wouldn’t want to have a fantastic bridge, or do a back walk-over, or begin to master a backflip and have a rock solid handstand?
These are the moves we commit to teaching you as part of our Friday, Saturday and Sunday gymnastics programme. They are for adult absolute beginners ( the Introductory sessions) , beginners and intermediates, who wish to be taught in a class format and are free from injury. Gymnastics is super cool and fun, but its not physical therapy and its not a cure for a back back or a painful neck

We offer highly-taught and structured sessions for adult clients so this isn’t the place to rock up and do your own thing! Whilst our teaching is progressive , nevertheless its inevitable that you will miss moves, hence we have a variety of soft surfaces to land on, but these do not guarantee you wont pick up a bump or a bruise.
Finding coaches with an interest in really helping adults learn skills are rare. Most are after talented children to teach. We are delighted that tricker Matteo gymnasts Tugs, Sarah, Tamara and Jessica have joined us to help make the Gymnastics at Crossfit London real centre of excellence.
This is the proper stuff: real handstands with grace and beauty, real forward rolls and cartwheels that will lead to round-offs because they are being taught well. For more advanced students, there will be work on bridges, back flips and more!
These are stand-alone classes, so you do not need to be a Crossfitter, or go through our Crossfit beginners Level 1 classes, in order to participate.
We run three different sessions on FRiday Saturday and Sunday, aligned to meet most levels of experience:
- Adult Gymnastics Level 1 a fun and safe session for adult learners to pick up those all essential gymnastic basics. This is the ideal place to start if you have little or no prior formal gymnastic experience: core aim is to teach you the forward and backwards roll, kick up to handstand and cartwheel.
- Adult Gymnastics Level 2 Begins the process of introducing the roundoff, back tuck, back flick, front tuck, front handspring. There is a focus on supporting drills and a lot of secure spotting
- Adult Gymnastic Level 3 and 4: here you begin working on unspotted versions and start linking things together

What if I have a medical condition?
The long and short of the situation is that Gymnastics is not a cure for anything. Its a great cool, marvellous sport, that many people love, but it will simply make your bad back, your neck pain, your twisted ankle worse. Many of the shapes will exacerbate any conditions you have.
By attending one of our sessions you are telling us that you are injury free.
I know it says this is adult gymnastics, but, I am/my child is (8 - 17 years old). Can we come along?

How much do the sessions cost?
You can get deals and discounts for buying sessions in bulk, but we suggest that you do a single session first, make sure you enjoy it, and then go from there. The full fees breakdown can be found here. Its not worth buying a monthly so look at the 5 and 10 carnets. They are time based, so they will expire if you don’t use them.
