The Crossfit London Foundations sessions are set up for those taking the first step from the Beginner’s Programme. They are also for those who perhaps got chucked into the main classes a bit prematurely, and would like bit more teaching time to build up their confidence.

The Foundations classes aim to pinpoint the vague areas in your form and tighten up your technique, and then ‘pressure test’ it with an appropriate WOD. Just what you need when you work out that your technique collapses when we take the PVC away and give you a metal bar!

If you are a regular Crossfitter, these classes can be your temporary shelter: you may drop out of Crossfit London for a month or so and fancy a gentler return.

Equally, post injury they will be ideal for easing yourself back in. You could also use them for those “off weeks” where you don’t fancy a full-on class, but would like to keep active and practise the moves.

Foundations sessions run on the following days:

  • Monday 1900
  • Tuesday 1900
  • Wednesday 1830
  • Thursday 1830
  • Saturday 1030

In order to help you with “Eating Right” we also have a monthly “Zone Foundations” session that practically gets you on the road to a healthier diet.
