Group classes

Assuming you have a vague grasp of basic moves such as the squat, deadlift,  and the push jerk, our group classes are a great way to get training.

You can have a look at the shape of the sessions by clicking on our WODs (workout of the day) and that should give you the idea that they are varied, functional and  fun (although you quickly discover that it does not have to be ‘fun’ to be fun).

These sessions are ideal if you have a bit of experience, and attendance can be regular or occasional depending on your schedule and budget.  If you fancy coming 3 times a week, it’s £75 a month, if you fancy coming for one session only it’s £12 for the class, but with lots of deals in between.

All our sessions are led, so if you are looking for a facility where you can wonder in at your own time and do your own thing, this is not the place for you.

However, it’s quite possible that you have no skills whatsoever. Don’t worry, we will teach you everything you need to know. Book onto one of our Absolute Beginner sessions and get rolling. Back to the “Getting Started” button, I’m afraid!!
