Crossfit London (UK) endorses two diets known as the Zone, and the Paleo diet. We will gladly assist you in understanding how these diets work.
The liability, and praise for the effects of these diets rest with their designers. We will be unable to offer specific personalised, liability assuming advice.
Any discussion on diet is not intended to replace medical advise or be a substitute for a doctor. If you are sick, or suspect you are sick, see a doctor. If you are on prescription drugs you should not change your diet (no matter how bad) without talking to your doctor first as dietary changes will effect the metabolism of that prescription drug.
To make it even more clearer, you may assume that we discuss diet from the point of view of having an interesting chat. We are always looking at current bit of evidence and “shooting the breeze”.
If you think any of the issues we raise are one you would like to try, discuss them with your doctor, and if it goes wrong, sue him, not us. On a practical note, if you decide you wish to cut out grains one morning, and up your protein content, and in the process feel a bit faint while driving, meaning you crash your car killing loads of pedestrians… this will be your responsibility, not ours.
