At CrossFit London we are committed to the life-long development of the “fitness skill set”.

To this end we offer a busy schedule of specialist workshops and masterclasses that allow clients to focus on developing their skills and capability with expert coaches in a safe environment.

These classes are open to all, and anyone willing to learn is welcome. You do not have to be a Crossfit  fan, a member of Crossfit , or Crossfit London UK.

Over the past five years we have – and continue to – offer courses on the following topics:

  • Olympic Lifting – Introduction (Level 1)
  • Olympic Lifting – Intermediate (Level 2)
  • Indian Club Swinging
  • Deadlifting
  • Squatting
  • POSE Running
  • Self-Protection
  • Paleo Nutrition
  • Zone Diet and Nutrition (new in 2011)
  • Gymnastics (new in 2011)
  • Coaching skills (new in 2011)

Crossfit London UK is also a leading provider of CPD for members of The Register of Exercise Professionals. Many (not all!) of our masterclasses and skill workshops  carry CPD points, which means if you are level 2 and above on the REPS register, these classes count towards your continuing professional development. They are,  however, designed for “normal” people like you. We do not assume you hold any (fitness) qualification, beyond a desire to learn.
