BODYCOMP

Short for ‘Body Composition’ this class will help you develop the physique you’re looking to achieve.

In class, you will be set heavy compound and isolation weight training, working to progressive overload to promote muscle hypertrophy.

Outside of class, you will be expected to be following a nutrition lifestyle of either calorie deficit to maintain muscle and lose fat, or a calorie surplus to promote muscle growth.

You coach will set you targets to achieve both inside and outside the gym.
