FUNDAMENTALS

Every Saturday, we host a fun workshop from 11h30 – 15h00. For anyone about to start their CrossFit journey or wanting a quick refresher on the nine foundational  CrossFit movements.
We will teach you to move better, more efficiently and try to correct any movement limitations you might have in session. That said, some issues may take a while  to fix and we will support you inall the classes you attend
No fitness level required, all ages and abilities are welcome.
Once you have completed the workshop, you are now ready to join the amazing group of classes we have to offer.
