A fun and educational fitness class for 8-12 year olds that seeks to build physical capacity along with the development of an effective skill base. We will teach your kids an interesting range of body weight skills: how to rope climb, pull up, push up, dip, and a host of hanging based body weight exercises. We will also show them how to safely manipulate objects: we will teach them how to deadlift, squat, clean and snatch and snatch everything from sandbags to Olympic weightlifting barbells, all within a high energy, fun, challenging, but supportive, disciplined session.
Our 2018 Spring Term starts on Monday 19th Feb and runs to Monday 26th March. The classes run from 16:15 to 17:15 at Arch 10 Malcolm Place, Bethnal Green, E2 0EU.
Price for this term is £36. The price is per course, not per session and limited to a first come, first served basis. If you are unable to make one or more sessions partial refunds are not available.
