Designed for kids 7-17 years old, Crossfit Kids is a class where children are taught a range of functional movements in a fun and challenging way. Through a variety of teaching methods, kids will learn movement patterns such as squatting, pressing and hanging, while also learning the basics of Olympic lifting in an age-appropriate way. Kids will be challenged in a supportive and caring environment by our expert coaches whilst having a great time and making some new friends in the process.
