We are passionate about helping shape the future and we believe physical activity amongst kids and teenagers really helps to develop the mind and body.1 With CrossFit Kids we are looking to help those from 7+ to develop their movement skills and confidence in order to better shape their future.
At CrossFit London, we teach on a movement first basis, encouraging kids and teenagers to move safely with correct form for a greater transfer to daily life and sports alike.
