Our Strongman Conditioning classes are a packed hour of endurance training using all the classic Strongman equipment: atlas stones, tyre flips, sled drags and prowler pushes to name a few. You will also find yourself using classic CrossFit movements and skills in a testing hour of circuits, intervals and lung-busting workouts.
There are no prerequisites for this class. Just a good attitude and a desire to do some hard work.
Our Strongman Conditioning classes run on Tuesday at 18:30 and Saturday at 11:30 at our 10 Malcolm Place facility. To browse the full class schedule, click here.
