Strict Gymnastic strength and flexibility
For those who like their gymnastics strict,
Gymnastic strength: a class to help you improve your bodyweight strength and awareness. Some of the skills we work on include strict muscle-ups, one-arm chin-ups, levers and planche.
Gymnastic flexibility: a class to develop the flexibility that you can use in your sport, from Crossfit to martial arts, or just to feel more at ease in your daily life.
We operate an ongoing programme so you can start anytime you like. Just book and pay for your session (they are the same price as our CrossFit classes).
Crossfit Gymnastic skills
Crossfit has loads of fun gymnastic skills:
Handstands, handstand push-ups, and handstand walks.
Then there is pulling up, strict and kipping, weighted. You need them all.
You’ll want to start work on your muscle up both on the rings and on the bar, then you’ll want them strict and kipping.
