Rui Afonso
Rui is our Portuguese Rich Froning of CFL, he turns up and always puts 100% blood sweat and tears into a WOD along with some swearing in Portuguese.
Unfortunately he leaves us today to go back home to Portugal and on to Canada.
We will miss you Rui, you’ve been a fantastic part of the CFL team and an awesome athlete.
