Viv is one of our lovely long standing morning crew, who turns up with her eyes partly closed but smiling away.
You tend to find her in a corner with her twin Georgina catching up on the gossip!
However, she’s hard working and never makes a fuss and is forever trying to improve on her weaknesses; this week I got to watch her get her kipping pull ups mid WOD! Proud Coach!!
