A great way to get fit and meet friends. Work on improving specific skills or strengths in a small class (capped at 12) with a rockstar coach before hitting the Workout of the Day (WOD)!

Our take on a HIIT class but with a CrossFit twist! No barbells so it’s super accessible and if you love F45, Circuits or 1Rebel style classes this is for you! Have a blast just moving and sweating and building that engine!


Olympic Weightlifting

CrossFit London’s Olympic Weightlifting (Home of East London Weightlifting Club) is designed for all levels who want to start learning how to Snatch and Clean & Jerk like a pro!  Regardless of if you have never touched a barbell before, or you’re a seasoned Olympic weightlifter – this is the programme for you!



Are you looking to just get stronger? Or achieve that first Strict Pull Up! Our Strength programme is designed to help you hit those goals! Focusing on Strict Press/Deadlift/ Back Squat/Bench we use the 5-3-1 method to help you smash those PRs. With your choice of Accessory work, Functional bodybuilding and/or just getting big, this is perfect for all levels!



The HYROX competition combines both running, ergs & functional movements to create one killer workout! If you’re looking to take part in a HYROX comp, our programming is designed to get you in the best shape to take part! All while offering an awesome class accessible to all members!

If you’ve never done CrossFit before, we have an onboarding program that will help you get the most out of your membership with us! If you can’t see an option that’s right for you, drop us a message and we’ll be happy to help!

10 Day Trial

Foundations Weekend
  • 2x 90min small group classes over a weekend

PT On Ramp
  • 5 x 30min 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions with one of our expert Coaches
  • Get a fully personalised On Ramp and On Boarding experience
  • Focus on any problem areas you might have
