Our Powerlifting classes are focused around the three power lifts: Back Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift. We run quarterly cycles of a dedicated periodised strength programme and each quarterly cycles finish with a week of retesting to see how much your lifts have improved.
You can join the classes at any stage, but you are expected to be familiar with the basics of the 3 lifts before you join.
Each class combines multiple elements of the back squat, bench press and deadlift, working through the progressions of the unique programme we follow at CrossFit London. Classes include accessory lifts and specialised coaching.

If you have experience in the three power lifts, you’re welcome to start attending classes. There are no minimum strength requirements.
If you are new to CrossFit and don’t know the basics of the lifts, or just want to gain some confidence before you start, book into our Fundamentals classes sessions.
Our Powerlifting classes run 3 times a week, and each session will focus on one of the three power lifts: Back Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift. The sessions rotate every week, so even if you can only come once a week you will still hit all three lifts.
