Its day 3 of the hardest, most awful challenge ever.

It’s really nasty. You have to accumulate 30 seconds on your hands in a handstand.

Yes, a whole 30 seconds. GULP.

It could be 30 x 1 second. 5 x 6 seconds: a pathetic mix

1,1,1,1, 10, 6, 1,1,1, etc ( you add it up I’m busy).

This challenge is hard, nasty and difficult because it does one thing: the one thing is this.

ITS ONLY 30 SECONDS: IF YOU CANNOT  MANAGE THIS, KNOW THIS……

You don’t have a  handstand because your shoulders are poor, or you arch too much, or your head is wrong, or your abs are loose or your butt isn’t squeezed.

Getting these things right help, but if you practice, you can make a handstand, albeit ugly.

You don’t have a handstand because you don’t practice.

You don’t practice because you are lazy!
