What is MetCon?

At CrossFit London it’s a bootcamp-style series of short, high-intensity workouts. CrossFit’s fundamental moves are here: no barbells used, but kettlebells, dumbells, medballs, skipping, ring-rows, sprints etc aplenty. MetCon class allows athletes to spend time building a better metabolic engine.

We emphasis to moving with quality form than going heavy. We achieve this using intervals, circuits and infinite movement variety.

This makes MetCon a great addition, not only to newbies fresh out of Level 1, but also the more seasoned CrossFitters looking for lighter, faster session. MetCon improves power, endurance, sports performance – and gets you lean!

Prerequisite: There are no prerequisites for this class. However, if your coach deems it necessary, you may be directed to complete our L1.1 to L1.7 beginner classes. Metcon classes are not a pathway into CrossFit classes.
