Boost your deadlift, squat and bench at our dedicated Powerlifting Club.

Boost your deadlift  squat and bench press. It’s assumed you have been taught how to squat and deadlift before you attend this class.
Ideally you should have completed our beginners’ CrossFit Level 1 programme as a minimum in order to attend this class; but if you can already squat and deadlift, you are welcome!
