I started CrossFit in early 2013 with no sense of direction; I was looking for a hobby to help channel my energy away from the party scene. My first session gave me back a spark of competitiveness that I had in my days of playing football, which then filled a empty hole since playing sport.

I’ve been coaching since 2015. Driven by my own experience of poor coaching when I first started, one of the decisions I made when I became a coach  was to deliver a service to people to the highest possible standard. I vowed never to be like them guys!

Coaching focus: mechanics first then weight

As well as coaching, you can also come to me for Personal Training in Olympic lifting, gymnastics, strength and conditioning or simple, high intensity workouts. Whether you want to lose weight, work on technical movements or just get super strong my personal training has everything to offer and is all based around functional movements.
