Strength:
Ring rows & ring dips.
EMOM.
WOD:
3x rounds for time.
6x squat cleans (RX:60/43kg, Sc: 43/30kg).
6x front squats.
6x push jerks.
5 mins rest before repeating 3x rounds for time.
