Perform like the song: 1, 2-1, 3-2-1, all the way to 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.
1x SDHP.
2x thrusters.
3x push press.
4x power cleans.
5x power snatch.
6x American KB swings.
7x pull-ups.
8x knees-to-elbow.
9x box jumps.
10x double unders.
11x burpees.
12x plate overhead lunges.
Barbell: RX: 35/25kg, Sc: 30/20kg.
Kettlebell: RX: 24/16kg, Sc: 16/12kg.
Plate: RX: 20/15kg, Sc: 15/10kg.
