WOD:
Partner workout.
IGYI for time.
1km run (together).
100x push-ups.
90x plate GTOH (25/20kg).
80x box jumps.
70x burpee pull-ups.
60x Russian KB swings (32/24kg).
50x renegade rows (L+R=1).
40x HSPUs.
30x double KB deadlift (2x 32/24kg).
200x double-unders.
10x ring or bar muscle-ups.
1km run (together).
