3RM tap ‘n’ go.
WOD:
Open workout 16.1.
AMRAP 20.
8x DB overhead lunges left (RX: 22.5/17.5kg, Sc: 15/10kg).
8x burpee over DB.
8x DB overhead lunges right.
8x chest-to-bar pull-ups.
