Partner workout.
Part A)
AMRAP 6
P1) 200m run.
P2) ME DB step up.
Part B)
AMRAP 3 (individual).
10x hollow rocks.
10x V-ups.
10x Russian twists.
Part C)
P1) 2oom run.
P2) ME front rack alternating lunges.
