WHY PERSONAL TRAINING?
Personal training is the fastest, more effective individualised approach to results-based training. Each session will be tailored to you based on your goals, priorities, and ability. We encourage everyone within CFLDN to try personal training to align their training with the goals even if it is to get a clear mindset.
Whether you want help building your strength, managing your body composition, nailing a skill ( there are lots of them), or getting your mind in line with your healthy living goals, start talking to our PT manager about getting you the right trainer to help you achieve your goals
We have trainers who can help you at fees ranging from £40 to £80 per session

Small Group Personal Training
Although we stand by that 1-2-1 PT will be the best approach, we have seen a rapid increase in undertaking of SGPT (aka Small Group Personal Training).
SGPT is the prime balance between cost and individualised attention. We highly recommend if there are a set of skills, a similar goal, or just a close group of friends that want a bit more individual attention in their training to contact our PT manager to talk to them about “SGPT”.
We can help your group backflip, box, Olympic lift, get flexible, nail handstands, and bar muscle-up, or just to have a fun stress relieving, team bonding time
