WHY PERSONAL TRAINING?

Personal training is the fastest, more effective individualised approach to results-based training. Each session will be tailored to you based on your goals, priorities and ability. We encourage everyone within CFLDN to try personal training to align their training with the goals even if it is to get a clear mindset.

Small Group Personal Training

Although we stand by that 1-2-1 PT will be the best approach, we have seen a rapid increase in undertaking of SGPT. SGPT is the prime balance between cost and individualised attention. We highly recommend if there are a set of skills, a similar goal, or just a close group of friends that want a bit more individual attention in their training to contact one of our coaches to talk to them about SGPT.
